This natural solvent should remove stain from your siding

Dear Glenn: I recently applied Thompson's semi-transparent oil based stain/sealer to my deck with a spray gun. Unfortunately, I didn't have enough of the vinyl siding protected and the mist from spraying has gotten on the siding in several areas. Can you recommend a product that will take this off vinyl siding? Full strength Krud Kutter won't touch it. I do have a power washer but I'm thinking that won't touch it either. Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

James, Bay City

Dear James: I would try using Remove-It Citrus Spray Cleaner (item No. 414) by DeWitt Products, (800) 962-8599, www.dewittproducts.com. It is a natural solvent that is non-caustic, non-acid and non-corrosive.
